• Monitor legislation and agency activity to identify Request for Proposals (RFP) or Broad Agency Announcements (BAA) before they are ever posted or released to the public.
• Develop relationships with government officials to determine the best approach to responding to the RFP.
• Write or assist with writing the response to the RFP.
• As appropriate, recommend other businesses or organizations with whom to form a partnership to enhance the RFP or if the RFP requires minority involvement or joint venture participation.
